SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By providing your mobile phone number to Visiting Wrld LLC ("Visiting Wrld," "we," "us," or "our") and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Visiting Wrld at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Types of Messages

You may receive the following types of text messages:

• Transactional messages: Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notifications; retreat logistics and schedule updates; payment confirmations and reminders; flight and travel coordination
• Marketing messages (if opted in): Promotional offers, retreat announcements, and event invitations

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 15 messages per month, depending on your interactions with our Services and upcoming retreat dates. Message frequency may increase during the period immediately before and during a retreat.

4. Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional messages related to an active retreat booking. To opt out of all messages, including transactional, reply STOP or contact us directly.

5. Opt-In

By texting us, submitting a form that includes SMS consent, or verbally consenting during a phone call, you opt in to receive text messages from Visiting Wrld.

Your opt-in constitutes your prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. Section 227) to receive autodialed and/or prerecorded text messages at the phone number you provide.

6. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Visiting Wrld does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your plan.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Visiting Wrld is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or incorrect phone numbers.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS service supports all major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. International messaging may not be supported.

9. Help

10. Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at visitingwrld.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

11. Changes

We may modify these SMS Terms at any time. Continued receipt of messages after changes constitutes acceptance.
