What fitness level do I need?+
Any. Coaches calibrate every session to you, whether it is your first time in a gym or you have lifted for years. You will be challenged and supported, never left behind.
Are meals included?+
Yes, three chef-prepared meals a day, with dietary options. Every meal is planned and handled so you can focus on the experience.
I am coming alone. Will I know anyone?+
About 80% of our guys come solo. Cohorts run 20 to 30 gay and queer men, and you will not be alone for a second once you land. Most people leave with a crew they keep.
